Pink Lemonade Ice Box Cake

oatmeal cookies-54

Every year, I manage to forget how warm Texas’ summers are! Needless to say, no-bake recipes are a must this time of year. Speaking of no-bake recipes, I have one rediculously easy recipe that is super refreshing. It will likely become your new summer go-to. Surprisingly, it has one unique ingredient: Kool Aid. Yep, the kid favorite drink flavoring packs this pie full with sweet and tangy lemonade flavor. And to bring even more lemon to the party, the cookie crust is made up of butter and Lemon Oreos. Need I say more?!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.-160
